The process
Four steps. Zero camping stress.
No gear to buy. No campsite to book. Just a clear yard, a confirmed date, and a night that feels like a getaway.
- 1
Share your date & vision
Tell us when, the setup address, how many people, and which bed layout you want. Use Build your stay on the Book page for a live estimate and inquiry — we’ll confirm availability and lock in a simple total.

Prep a clear patch of yard
Clear toys and furniture from a mostly flat spot about 21 feet across. Leave a path from the driveway. That’s it — no camping gear, no stakes of your own, no overnight packing list.
- 3
We build the magic
Our team delivers the 16-ft bell tent, stakes or sandbags it, lays flooring, sets memory-foam beds, styles the interior, and strings the lights. You come home to a fully furnished glamp.

You stay. We disappear.
Sleep under canvas, use your own bathroom and kitchen, and make the memories. When your stay ends, we pack everything out and leave the yard as we found it — no tear-down for you.
Why people love it
The staycation that actually feels special
No travel, no campsite
Skip packing the car and fighting for a reservation. The adventure is outside your back door.
We do the hard parts
Delivery, staking or sandbags, full furnish, styling, and pack-out are included in the first-night rate.
Real beds under canvas
Queen and twin beds sit 14 inches off the ground with a 6-inch memory foam mattress. Cots are 14 inches elevated with a 3-inch memory foam mattress pad. Kids sleepover uses 3-inch memory foam mattress pads on the floor. Never air beds.
Your house is HQ
Bathrooms, kitchen, coffee, and charging cords stay inside. Best of camping and home.
Your yard
What we need from you
If you can host a small outdoor gathering, you can host Cozy Canvas Camp. We’re designed for real suburban yards — not remote wilderness.
- 21′
Clear, mostly flat circle
About 21 feet across for our 16-ft bell tent (room to stake and walk around).
- ✓
Grass preferred · hard surface OK
We stake into lawn when we can. Please tell us about sprinklers or anything buried in the circle. A tent can flatten or yellow the grass — that’s expected. Patio, turf, or no-stake yards use a sandbag setup (small add-on fee).
- →
Path from driveway or street
We carry poles, canvas, and mattresses in — a clear walkway helps us set up faster.
- ⌂
Your home stays the clubhouse
Bathrooms, showers, fridge, and Wi‑Fi are yours. We don’t bring portable restrooms.

Day of
What a typical stay looks like
Exact times are confirmed when you book. Multi-night stays simply delay pack-out.
Afternoon
We arrive & set up
Typically mid-to-late afternoon on your start day. We handle the heavy lifting — tent, beds, lights, and styling — while you finish work, prep s’mores, or just watch it come together.
Evening → night
Your staycation begins
String lights on, soft bedding ready. Hang out outside, duck into the canvas when you want, and sleep on a real memory foam mattress — not an air bed. Queen and twin setups are elevated 14 inches with a 6-inch memory foam mattress; cots are 14 inches with a 3-inch memory foam mattress pad; kids sleepover uses 3-inch memory foam mattress pads on the floor. Home comforts are steps away.

Weather & seasons
We operate year-round. Every booking is weather-dependent — we may reschedule if conditions aren’t safe or comfortable for a canvas setup. Our canvas is water-resistant and handles light rain well. Keep zippers closed when bugs are out. For severe weather, high winds, or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule — your safety comes first, and we’ll work with you on a new date.
Service area
We serve homes across the Central New Jersey area — including parts of Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset, Union, and nearby towns. Not sure if we reach you? Ask on the inquiry form — edge-of-area bookings are often possible.
