Who we are

Cozy Canvas Camp is a backyard glamping delivery service based in Woodbridge, New Jersey. We operate this website at cozycanvascamp.com. Questions about this policy: email hello@cozycanvascamp.com.

Information we collect

We collect what you choose to send us. When you use the inquiry form, email, or text, that can include:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Setup address and access notes (gates, pets, driveway, surface type)
• Preferred dates, number of nights and tents, bed layout, guest count, and occasion
• Add-on choices (hard-surface setup, projector, s’mores, custom theme notes)
• The estimate shown on the form and any message you write

If we book together, we may also keep payment confirmation details you send (for example a Venmo or Zelle name), signed agreement details, and notes from setup or pack-out. We do not ask for card numbers on this website.

The site also collects standard technical data through analytics (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device/browser, referrer). We do not use that to identify you by name.

How we use information

We use your information to:

• Reply to inquiries and confirm whether we can serve your date and yard
• Prepare quotes, deposits, and rental agreements
• Plan access, layout, weather calls, and setup / pack-out
• Communicate about your booking (email or text)
• Improve the website and understand how people find us
• Meet legal, tax, or insurance record-keeping needs

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent our inquiry list.

Who we share it with

Inquiry forms may be processed by a third-party form service (currently Web3Forms) that delivers the message to our email. Their processing is subject to their own privacy policy.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic. Google may set cookies or use similar identifiers. See Google’s privacy policy.

We may share only what is needed with payment apps you choose (Venmo, Zelle), our email host, or professional advisors (bookkeeping, insurance, legal) if required. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect people, property, or our rights.

Cookies

Analytics cookies help us see which pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site will still work for reading and inquiring; some analytics will simply not run. We do not run advertising pixels on this site at this time.

Social media

Links to our Facebook and Instagram pages go to those companies’ sites. What they collect if you click through is governed by their policies, not ours.

Photos

We may photograph the tent (not faces without permission) for our portfolio unless you ask us not to when you book. If you send us photos of your stay, we will only post them with your okay.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records as long as we need them to fulfill the stay, handle follow-up questions, and meet ordinary business or tax record needs, then delete or archive them when they are no longer useful.

Children

Kids sleep in our tents, but the website and booking are for adults. Someone 18 or older should submit the inquiry and be the booking contact. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

Your choices

You can email us to ask what we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete inquiry details we no longer need. You can also text or email instead of using the form. Browser settings control cookies.

Security

We use reputable form and email providers and take reasonable care with booking details. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please don’t send payment passwords or unrelated sensitive documents through the inquiry form.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date below will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
