What is glamping?
Glamping is a blend of “glamorous” and “camping,” offering a luxurious and comfortable camping experience in the great outdoors. At Cozy Canvas Camp, we bring the enchantment of glamping right to your backyard with fully furnished bell tents.
Where do you deliver and set up the tents?
We deliver and set up our glamping tents in your backyard or other pre-approved locations. Please ensure that you have a clear, flat area measuring approximately 21 feet in diameter to accommodate our 16-foot round bell tent.
What is included in the tent setup?
Our glamping packages include a beautifully decorated bell tent, memory foam mattresses, plush hotel-style pillows, and soft luxurious bedding. Optional add-ons are available for an even more enchanting experience.
Can I book a glamping tent for a special occasion or event?
Absolutely! We love to be a part of your special moments. Whether it’s a romantic anniversary, a birthday celebration, or a unique sleepover for kids, we offer tailored glamping packages to suit your needs.
What happens if it rains during my glamping experience?
Our bell tents are made of high-quality waterproof canvas to keep you dry during light rain. In case of severe weather conditions, we may need to reschedule or cancel for safety reasons. We will work closely with you to find a suitable solution.
Can I bring my pets to the glamping tent?
While we adore furry friends, we kindly request that you keep your pets outside the tent for the comfort of future guests with allergies.
What time is the check-in and check-out?
Check-in (tent setup) time is usually in the afternoon, and check-out (tent removal) is in the morning. Specific times will be discussed upon booking.
Can I invite additional guests to join the glamping experience?
Absolutely! Please let us know in advance if you plan to invite additional guests to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.
What happens if I accidentally damage the tent during my stay?
Accidents can happen. If you accidentally damage the tent, please report it to our team immediately. Repair costs will be assessed, and we appreciate your cooperation in covering them.
How do I book a glamping experience?
Booking is easy! Send us an email or message us on Instagram and we’ll be happy to assist you.
What about bathrooms or showers?
Since most of the time our rentals are in your backyard, glampers can use their inside bathrooms and showers. For other setup locations, we currently do not offer any bathroom or shower solutions.
What about bugs?
We strongly suggest if bugs are an issue to keep the tent entrance zipped up whenever possible to keep any bugs out. Please do not spray any repellants inside the tent!
Can you set up the tent indoors?
99% of our setups are done outdoors. However, if you have an indoor space that is suitable and has a high enough ceiling, we can set up the tent using sandbags to secure it. Contact us to discuss the details.
