Tent Etiquette – Rules to Protect Our Glamping Tents
At Cozy Canvas Camp, we want you to have a memorable and delightful glamping experience. To ensure the longevity and quality of our tents for all guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following tent rules diligently. These rules are not intended to spoil your fun, but rather to uphold the integrity and quality of our glamping tents for the enjoyment of all future guests.
No Shoes Inside: Please remove your shoes before entering the tent. This helps keep the interior clean and prevents damage to the flooring and bedding.
No Smoking or Open Flames: Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited inside the tents. This helps maintain a safe and smoke-free environment.
No Food or Drinks on Beds: To avoid spills and stains, please refrain from consuming food and drinks while on the beds.
No Pets Inside: We adore furry friends, but for the sake of future guests with allergies, kindly keep pets outside the tent.
No Sharp Objects on Beds: Avoid placing sharp objects on the beds to prevent damage to the mattresses and bedding.
No Climbing on Tent Walls: Climbing or hanging items on the tent walls can cause tears or damage, so please refrain from doing so.
No Glitter, Confetti, or Similar Items: No nail polish, slime, paint, markers. Fun as they may be, these items are difficult to clean and can damage the tent’s interior. Let’s keep the glamping magic without them.
No Unapproved Heaters or Cooking Devices: For safety reasons, only use heaters or cooking devices provided or approved by us.

Preserving the Enchantment – Consequences of Not Following Tent Rules
In the rare event that a guest fails to comply with the rules and causes damages to the tent, we want to be transparent about the potential consequences.
If any guest inadvertently damages the tent due to non-compliance with the rules, we understand that accidents can happen. In such cases, we kindly ask the guest to promptly report the incident to our team, so we can address the issue and ensure proper repairs.
However, if damages occur as a result of intentional disregard for the rules or if the guest refuses to cover the repair costs, we reserve the right to block them from future glamping tent rentals at Cozy Canvas Camp.
